I worked on the UX redesign of the NIPV’s digital platform, focusing on both the public website and the internal Learning Content Management System (LCMS). My responsibilities included conducting user research, developing wireframes and interactive prototypes, and leading usability testing sessions. I also helped design and implement a new design system to ensure visual consistency, accessibility, and scalability across all digital environments. The result is a modern, user-friendly platform that supports both public safety professionals and internal educational processes more effectively.
